All the implementation operations of this project will be carried out in Khuzestan Steel Company, located at 10 kilometers southeast of Ahvaz city at 31o, 20' N, 48o, 40' E latitude and longitude. The height above sea level is about 12.5 meters.
Ahvaz plain consists of alluvial sediments of the present era, which is the result of the destruction of the Zagros highlands and their transport and deposition by surface waters. These sediments are mostly composed of sand, silica and clay, which is about 200 meters thick.
A very important point is the existence of an underground aqufier, the level of which is about 1.5 meters below the surface of the ground, and it should be taken into account in the calculations and design of operational activities such as excavation and foundation implementation wherever necessary.

Engineering services, supply and implementation of high pressure lines to supply electricity to oil wells in Cheshmekhosh, Dalperi, and East Paydar regions
Cheshmehkhosh oil field is located in Dasht-e Abbas region of Ilam province, at a distance of 52 km from the south of Dehloran city and 70 km west of Andimeshek city. This oil field, with an average daily production capacity of crude oil for 18 thousand barrels and an average daily production capacity of natural gas for 115 million cubic feet, was discovered in 1964 and exploited in 1976.
The oil produced in this field is transferred to the Ahvaz 3 exploitation complex through a 153 km pipeline and finally sent to Kharg Island through the oil terminal in order to supply and feed the refineries or export. Cheshmehkhosh oil field is one of the fields under the management of Iranian Central Oil Fields Company.
The main goal of the mentioned project is the design, supply and implementation of engineering services for the provision of electricity to the oil wells in the Cheshmehkhosh area through the 230kV/33kV transmission substation of Shahaday-e Moharram (Bohamid).
Description of services requested by the employer in this project:
1- Engineering design services for mast and concrete beam transmission lines, 33 KV feeders in of Shahaday-e Moharram substation, electrification to oil wells, ground system, lighting, protection design, to design the metering system, etc.
2- Supply of equipment including high pressure masts, concrete beam, high pressure conductor, lighting equipment, substation’s ground system, 33 kV feeders, power cables, metering and control systems, control cables, package posts (33kV/0.4kV)
3- Execution of mast and reinforced concrete lines, installation and commissioning of 33 kV feeders in 230kV/33/kV substation, implementation of ground system, cabling, installation and commissioning of metering system, implementation of lighting system,

The construction operation, in short, the purchase and supply of 25 switchboards of 6.6 KV for steam unit one of Tabriz power plant as mono block of Unisafe plan of ABB company has been completed.
In addition, the following have been done in the installation and commissioning operation briefly:
Dismantling and removing the existing panels, construction of the old switchgear hall, power cable splicing, installing new panels, performing all cable laying operations, setting protective relays, carrying out circuit performance accuracy tests, etc.
Finally, the project has been electrified and delivered to the client after testing and inspecting the boards and its tools.

Construction of central sub-station of K electricity of Tehran Oil Refinery (Iranol)
According to the current situation of Tehran Refinery of Iranol Oil Company and due to the wear and tear of electrical panels, transformers, and sbstation K, Iranol Oil Company intends to renovate this complex. The renovation operation of the K substation includes the supply, installation and operation of a medium pressure switchgear set with a voltage level of 6.3 KV, construction of an explosion-proof building and moving the pipe rack column from the construction site to outside of it without disruption.
In addition, a transformer device with a capacity of 1000 KVA with a voltage level of 0.4/6.3 KV along with low pressure switches will be replaced with a transformer with a capacity of 1600 KVA with a voltage level of 0.4/6.3 KV and its accessories such as bus duct and MCC low pressure switch. The strategic location of this project and the need to update the old system is very important, and this project is completely excavated manually due to the large volume of underground cables in the building construction section, and has limitations such as cable containment and moving the old pipe rack columns without interference of the current system. Moreover, due to the special situation of not being able to stop the production, the issuance of blackout permits is performed by special restrictions and due to the electrical situation, the project has special challenges.
